Doroob is a national program designed to provide you, the learner with an ecosystem content, support and certification, to enable you to upgrade your skills and become more employable.
Doroob accomplishes this by offering online courses with which you can build your skills in various subjects, such as English, computer skills, and interpersonal skills. You can also take job-specific courses, such as Secretary, Photography and Insurance representative.
Doroob also offers certification, to allow you to demonstrate the knowledge levels you have gained by taking our courses. These certificates are recognized by TVTC and our employer partners, and can therefore help you in your job search. "The Doroob program is supported by the Ministry of Labor and sponsored by HRDF.

Signing up for Doroob and taking core courses on Doroob is free. Additional services such as taking certification exams has associated fees.
Courses are available in Arabic and English. The only exceptions are the language courses, which are generally offered in that particular language.

Once you sign up for a course and activate your account, click on the Log In button on Doroob home page and type in your email address and password.This will take you to the e-Learning Courses page. You can register to the desire course by clicking Take this course button.
You can find the start date and course duration for each course on the course description page.
Most courses will not require any prerequisites, but if there are any, you can find the course's recommended prerequisites on the course description page. If you do not meet a particular prerequisite, you can still take the course, but we would not recommend doing so.
Yes, you can take the advanced course directly, if you think you are ready for it. A quick check would be to see how you perform on the pre-assessment at the beginning of the advanced course. If you feel comfortable with those results, then you may choose to continue with the advanced course. Otherwise, it might be worthwhile to take the basic course first.
After completing a course you may register to take a certification exam. If you pass the exam, you obtain a certificate which endorses your skills and knowledge, and is recognized by our partner employers
If you are a student or trainee from a institution that uses Doroob blended learning courses, completion of a course will count towards your class.
There are no other types of credit for completing the online courses.
yes, of course. You can take and complete courses without taking the certification test. You complete a course when you successfully pass the final post-assessment in a course. We suggest you do take a look at the certification path though, to demonstrate to others all the new knowledge you have learnt!
Yes, in general, you can only schedule the in-person certification exam after completing a course; however, some course may have exceptions. Please check the course overview.
That's ok! Courses are designed to be flexible to meet your learning needs. If you cannot complete a course, that's perfectly OK - it will not stop you from taking another course.
You cannot fail the pre-assessment because it is not graded. The pre-assessment is purely to help you figure out what you already know before taking a course.
Not a problem! The courses are designed to be flexible and fit around your time. Missing a week will not be an issue. However, it is worth trying to stay roughly in sync with the suggested course schedule, to make the most of your study community.

Tamheer is an On the Job Training program for Saudi graduates, males and females, from local and foreign universities. It is designed to up-skill graduates through on-the-job training placements at reputable government, semi-government and private sector employers in the Kingdom.
Any Saudi university graduate, male or female, that meets the eligibility criteria: i.e he or she holds a bachelor degree from a MOE recognized university as a minimum qualification, has not held employment in the previous 6 months and has not previously participated in the Tamheer program.
• HRDF will provide a monthly incentive of 3000 SAR per month for all trainees that meet the program requirements and maintain an appropriate attendance record at the employer. Depending on the start and/or end-date of the program, the actual incentive amount that a trainee receives may be less than the stated 3000SAR value.
• In addition to the monthly program incentive, HRDF will also provide occupational hazard insurance for the duration of the program.
• The Employer, at its own discretion, may choose to provide additional incentive, stipend, allowance or insurance coverage.
Depending on the employer, the program is to run for a period of no less than 3 months and no greater than 6 months.
Tamheer is available for all eligible Saudi males and females.
Based on the availability of employers, Tamheer on the job training can be available in any region within Saudi Arabia.
Training opportunities are offered by government institutions, semi-government, and reputable private sector employers.

• Hafiz beneficiaries can apply to Tamheer OJT.
• Hafiz payments will be stopped if applicant accepts Tamheer offer.
• In the case of program end/termination Hafiz payments will not automatically resume.
• Applicant must follow Hafiz application process if they want to return to Hafiz.
Tamheer trainees will not be registered on GOSI, as the program does not guarantee that a trainee will receive a full employment offer.
Self-Training Program is a program offered through Doroob platform by TVTC. It is a selection of e-courses that are a part of different majors within TVTC colleges.
The objective is to offer TVTC well-established courses in an E-format, making them accessible to everyone, anytime and anywhere.
Currently, registration in Self-Training Program is limited to current morning and evening TVTC trainees. Open registration for all segments will soon be made available.
