If you feel comfortable with those results, then you may choose to continue with the advanced course. Otherwise, it might be worthwhile to take the basic course first.

After completing a course you may register to take a certification exam. If you pass the exam, you obtain a certificate which endorses your skills and knowledge, and is recognized by our partner employers

yes, of course. You can take and complete courses without taking the certification test. You complete a course when you successfully pass the final post-assessment in a course. That's ok! Courses are designed to be flexible to meet your learning needs. If you cannot complete a course, that's perfectly OK - it will not stop you from taking another course.

You cannot fail the pre-assessment because it is not graded. The pre-assessment is purely to help you figure out what you already know before taking a course.

Not a problem! The courses are designed to be flexible and fit around your time. Missing a week will not be an issue. However, it is worth trying to stay roughly in sync with the suggested course schedule, to make the most of your study community.

All questions regarding grading and course content are best addressed in your course discussion forum. Course tutors will read and respond to your query in the forum

All courses have discussion forums where you can chat with and help other students

Most courses will remain indefinitely in the e-Learning program. If the course is no longer available, it probably is being updated. We suggest you keep checking the course overview page
